How do I rent a tux or suit?
IN STORE we can take your measurements, provide styling tips and guide you in choosing the most suitable fit for any event. No need to schedule an appointment! Our store is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday, from 10am to 2pm. If you run out of time and your event is right around the corner, we offer an emergency number that you can call for an after-hours appointment. We’ll do our best to assist you right away, but remember that the possibilities available will probably be limited.
ONLINE the first step is to figure out your size so that you can choose the right tuxedo or suit, the instructions are available HERE. You can do this by measuring yourself, getting help from a friend or scheduling a video call with us. We’ll be glad to help!
After that, you can browse through our collection of tuxedos and suits available HERE and select the one you like.
Make sure to choose the right size and fit by referring to their sizing chart.
Enter your event date and rental period. Keep in mind the agreement stated for returning your suit or tuxedo, to avoid delay fees.
Complete the checkout process by providing your personal information, shipping address, and payment details.
Once you receive your tuxedo, try it on to make sure it fits perfectly. If there are any issues with the fit or style, contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange or refund.
After your event, return the tuxedo in the provided packaging and follow the rental instructions for shipping and returns.

Typically, a tuxedo rental package includes a tuxedo jacket, pants, a white shirt, a cummerbund or vest, and a bow tie or necktie. Cufflinks and pocket squares are also included.
There is no need to schedule an appointment; simply stop by during our opening hours:
Monday through Friday: 10am to 6pm
Saturday: 10am to 2pm
It’s always wise to book your rental as soon as possible to ensure availability and avoid last-minute stress. We have a wide variety of sizes, styles and colors in our own inventory. However, there are peak seasons such as proms and holiday parties that may take up a large amount of inventory at once. Ideally, you should reserve your tuxedo rental at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Please call during business hours to ensure availability.
You can definitely try. Come and visit us at the store, let us know what you need, and we’ll go through our inventory with the greatest effort to make it work. If hemming or quick alterations are needed we’ll charge an urgent fee, but you’ll be ready to roll!

When closing the deal, we establish the return period for the tuxedo. We understand that some situations may require a longer rental period, such as a destination wedding, while peak season may call for a shorter one. We prioritize listening to our clients’ needs; however, we have a maximum rental period that must be respected to finalize the agreement. Please keep this in mind to avoid any delay fees.
